Sales Policy

We will hold an animal for two weeks, while waiting for a deposit. The deposit is 50% of the animal’s price, 20% of the deposit is non-refundable. A deposit will hold an animal for 4 weeks, so that the new owner can find transportation for it to its new home. IT IS the BUYER’S responsibility to find transportation NOT ours!!! An animal MUST be totally paid for before it leaves. It is also the responsibility of the new owner to pay for any tests required by their state and the health certificate.

Under some circumstances we will be willing to hold an animal longer, if need be or HELP find transportation.
